Corporate Planning Office
Orchestrate overall corporate strategy and global business expansion, while direct annual business planning, target management, and corporate sustainability (ESG) initiatives to drive cross-departmental alignment.
Human Resources & Administration Department
Oversee human resources planning and development, general administration, legal and intellectual property affairs, and facility engineering. Concurrently, manage the ISO 14001 environmental management system, energy-saving and carbon-reduction initiatives, and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols.
Information Technology Department
Drive IT systems planning and infrastructure management, spearhead corporate digital transformation, and implement the ISO/IEC 27001 information security management system to ensure robust data protection.
Finance Department
Formulate and execute comprehensive strategies for finance, accounting, shareholder services, tax planning, capital allocation, and financial risk management.
Sales & Procurement Department
Drive market development and customer requirement analysis, formulate strategic sales and commercial management initiatives, and optimize procurement and global supply chain management to maximize business growth.
Production Department
Oversee production management and continuous process improvement, maximize manufacturing efficiency and product quality, and drive strategic material planning and supply management.
Quality Assurance Department
Direct comprehensive quality management and the IATF 16949 quality management system, drive continuous quality improvements, and oversee customer quality feedback and customer satisfaction management.
Research & Development Department
Spearhead product research and development, mold and tooling development, prototype validation, technical improvement, and seamless new product introduction (NPI) to mass production.
Thailand Subsidiary
Direct the comprehensive business management, production operations, and strategic commercial execution of the Thailand plant.
